The CB 12 Wedge, designed for ultimate forgiveness, has been redesigned and released under the new name "CB 12 Wedge." While retaining the best features of its predecessor—a larger head size for increased moment of inertia, a wide, chamfered sole, built-in urethane microspheres, and soft 431 stainless steel—the new wedge also boasts significant improvements. The key feature is the sharply angled 37V groove design. The groove volume has been reduced and the pitch narrowed, resulting in an increased number of grooves for improved spin and ball control.

Modern Cavity Back Design

Features a deep cavity back, a larger head, and a thicker topline for a more confidence-inspiring look at address and enhanced forgiveness on off-center hits.

Wide Sole with chamfered

A long with its larger size, the sole is also a factor in the forgiveness of the CB 12 wedge. It features a wide sole and a large bounce to allow it to glide over the grass even if you land a little in front of the ball, and the leading and trailing edges are chamfered. This prevents the wedge from getting stuck in the grass, while also providing good release, leading to a stable and nice approach.

Urethane Microspheres

The previous model was the first single wedge to feature urethane microspheres, and the CB 12 wedge continues to feature them. By absorbing excess vibrations at impact, they deliver a soft feel to the player's hands, along with the soft 431 stainless steel head material mentioned above.

Large size provides security and resistance

The head design remains largely unchanged from the previous model, which was well-received. Forgiveness is the top priority, with the larger size and cavity back face design providing a sense of security for the player, while the weight is distributed around the perimeter of the large contours, resulting in a very high moment of inertia. This model is extremely resistant to mishits. The head material also inherits the same 431 stainless steel as the previous model, which offers higher strength and softer characteristics. This wedge offers a comfortable feel.
